Site Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use showedunderground.homes. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Referral Only

Showedunderground Concrete provides referral and marketing services and nothing more. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction of any kind. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, never by Showedunderground Concrete.

No Endorsement, No Promise

Being connected with a provider does not mean we recommend that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or outcome of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information Is General

The content here is for general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local rules differ from one property to another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Prices shown on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, the location, the materials, the site conditions and the design. Get a written estimate from the provider before any work is booked.

Permits and Local Rules

What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Stay Safe

Concrete work uses heavy equipment, digging and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from active work areas and fresh concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Showedunderground Concrete may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep this site correct and current. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or without errors in every detail.
